We were founded in 2003 (over 10 years ago) by two brothers who know how to reliably build and deliver software solutions. They wanted to leverage all they had learned and build a boutique technology firm specializing in doing just that. As a pragmatic technologist with over 20 years of software development and leadership experience, Tony has delivered value to private and federal sector clients including large enterprises such as the US Department of Labor, Federal Aviation Administration, US Postal Service, US Department of Veterans Affairs and BAE Systems. Tony has extensive experience in building and leading teams delivering enterprise class information systems custom crafted to meet the customer's specific mission needs. He is an active practioner of Agility in software development and operations. Tony is a big believer in continuous improvement and applies it on all projects.
Tony has published technical papers, authored articles, served as guest lecturer at the USA Graduate School and been a selected speaker at various technology conferences. He holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Virginia (Go Hoos!). Tony is a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM). He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) professional organizations.
With over 15 years of experience, Carlos is a technology thought leader that has become a proven software delivery expert. He is passionate about delivering value to clients using iterative development practices, highly productive application development technologies, automated testing tools and reliable continous integration/delivery techniques. Carlos is committed to using simple architectures and open standards to craft software solutions that are highly flexible, interoperable, reusable and scalable. He has delivered value to private and federal sector clients including large enterprises such as the US Department of Homeland Security, US Department of Labor and the US International Trade Commission.
He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia (Go Hoos!) and number of reconized industry certifications. Carlos is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Java Community Process.
